Director of Arts, Heritage and Tourism

We hope you will share our enthusiasm for the preservation and presentation of our internationally renowned collection. By sharing experiences with colleagues, volunteers and visitors. Helping to raise awareness of the challenges we face providing collection care.

You'll take a proactive and positive approach to provide support to wider property teams. Assisting in the delivery of a rolling programme of events, exhibitions and informative activities. Creating an innovative diverse and inclusive environment for a sustainable future.

Gallery Assistant

Hauser & Wirth is one of the world's leading contemporary art galleries with offices in Zurich, Gstaad, St. Moritz, London, Somerset, New York, Los Angeles and Hong Kong. Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles, located in a historic 100,000 square foot flour mill complex in the city's burgeoning downtown Arts District, opened to the public in March 2016. The gallery transformed the site's sprawling collection of late 19th and early 20th century buildings and outdoor spaces into a dynamic multi-disciplinary arts center. The new venue offers innovative exhibitions, museum-caliber amenities, and a robust schedule of public programs that contextualize the art on view, drawing upon, illuminating, and contributing to the urban culture of Los Angeles.

We are looking for a Gallery Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. This position requires great attention to detail, organization, diplomacy and an in-depth understanding of the gallery world. The Gallery Assistant is expected to plan, communicate and act independently and collaboratively, as projects require.
